World Business Chicago at SeedCon 2022

The Rattan L. Khosa SeedCon is Chicago Booth’s flagship entrepreneurship and venture capital conference.

As the world seemed to stand still amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, investors, entrepreneurs, and teams of operators began innovating at speeds which the world had never seen before.

SeedCon amplified these voices to showcase firsthand stories on the race to invest, innovate, and lead in a post-Covid world from the perspectives of VCs, Entrepreneurs, Operators and Executives.

World Business Chicago was a proud sponsor of this year’s SeedCon 2022, the flagship venture capital and startup conference for the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. In addition, speakers included our very own Julie Schuster, WBC’s Head of Venture Programs, and Mark Tebbe, Innovation & Venture Council Chair and Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Chicago Booth. Julie was included in a panel on Building Chicago with Joey Mak, Managing Director of Chicago:Blend, which was moderated by Ira Weiss, General Partner at Hyde Park Venture Partners and Clinical Professor of Accounting and Entrepreneurship at Chicago Booth.
