WBC is looking for hospitality vendors who were negatively impacted by Covid-19 to hire for our functions. We have six teams that regularly hold events, roundtables, and showcases to highlight our dynamic business ecosystem and amazing city. We want to hire local, small businesses while we do it! If you are a Chicago business in any of the below industries, we want to work with you!

• Audio/visual services & rental
• Catering
• Décor
• Entertainment (band, musician, dancers, etc.)
• Event planning & management
• Florals
• General services contractor
• Furniture rental
• Photographers & videographers
• Printing (signage, merchandise, handouts, etc.)
• Venue

To make this easy, we’ve created a Google Form that you can complete on your phone to be added to our vendor list. What’s the likelihood that your business will be selected? Well, in a year, we’ve been able to support over 100 businesses and want to keep hiring more people to aid in the pandemic recovery. Applying takes 10-20 minutes and the work ranges in size from 30 person roundtables to 350 person events. We look forward to working with you!

Qualifications:

• We are currently looking for hospitality businesses (audio/visual services, caterers, event planners, event staffers, transportation, etc.)

• Must be located in Chicago

• Must be a small business with under 500 employees

• Must have existed before March 12, 2020

• Must have been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e., closure dates, staff layoffs, significant revenue decrease, etc.)
